Woofstock 2023 is being put on by the Carroll County Humane Society, a non-profit organization. The event is from 12-5 pm and Best Regard Band will be playing from 12:30-4:30pm. Best Regards will be bringing high energy classic rock. blues rock and 80's rock. Free Admission. . Note; Some activities are fee-based.
